our indoor loft space, once a trolley-repair facility, retains the industrial charm of the original exposed salmon brick, beam structure and turn-of-the-century steel features. perfect for a ceremony, dining, or dancing, the space is truly unique.

the 5th side

revealed by sliding back the classic blue doors, this airy indoor-outdoor space features incredible double-height ceilings, a striking balcony and spectacular light fixtures.

the patio

high courtyard walls surround our intimate, vine-laden patio. Built-in seating can be combined with wooden chairs to create a beautiful, verdant ceremony, cocktail or dining space, protected by a lofted white canvas canopy strung with delicate lighting.

the garden

follow the winding cobblestone path into our secret, courtyard garden. complete with large shading trees, a fire pit, lush garden beds and a wood-fired pizza oven, this is a truly magical space at any time of day.

the cottage

tucked away in the MAAS garden is the cottage: a charming period carriage house with a full bathroom and bedroom. perfect for getting ready or taking some time alone as a couple, we also offer overnight stays for those who don’t want the night to end.
